MKH has been active in international trade and project development between China, the UK, Europe, and Israel since 2003, focusing on the Agtech, Manufacturing, and Bioengineering sectors.
With a local Chinese team based in Xiamen (Fujian province), MKH has built a network of contacts across China. We have worked to increase commercial ties between Chinese private & public sector companies & institutions and overseas technology suppliers. Through our two China subsidiaries, ‘Innovation Connect (Xiamen) Technology Ltd.’ (‘Innovare’) and ‘Zhongke International Innovation Collaboration Centre (Xiamen) Ltd.’ (‘ZIICC’) we have worked closely with several Chinese government institutions, private companies, and publicly-traded entities including the state-level institution Chinese Academy of Sciences:

We work to increase commercial ties between Chinese private & public sector companies & institutions and overseas technology suppliers through our two China subsidiaries, ‘Innovation Connect (Xiamen) Technology Ltd.’ (‘Innovare’) and ‘Zhongke International Innovation Collaboration Centre (Xiamen) Ltd.’ (‘ZIICC’), working closely with several Chinese government institutions, private companies, and publicly-traded entities including the state-level institution Chinese Academy of Sciences:

As a technology incubator & project management consultancy focused on the China-Israel relationship, Innovare offers a technology service and operations platform to assist Israeli technology suppliers entering the China market, and to Chinese investors in identifying investment opportunities in Israel. Currently the only group representing Israel in Fujian province, Innovare works with branches of the Chinese government and the private sector to introduce innovation and technology partnerships between Israeli and Chinese stakeholders. With a specific focus on Xiamen and south-east China, Innovare signed an exclusive agreement in 2018 with the Xiamen Municipal government to act as its official representative in Israel, as well as with the Xiamen Torch Hi-Tech Development Zone, and has signed over 250 commercial agreements on technology transfer and commercial project development between Israel and China, covering various sectors and funding stages.
ZIICC | 中科国际协同创新中心
Formed in 2019, ZIICC is a Xiamen-based joint venture between Innovare, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the government-backed Xiamen Torch Development Committee, and Jimei district of the Xiamen Municipal Government. ZIICC’s role is to introduce innovative technologies in the medical and natural science sectors to Chinese entities. Through the resources of its partners, and in particular the Chinese Academy of Sciences, ZIICC has access to several hundred Chinese medium-to-large companies and commercial opportunities across various technology sectors, all supported by this respected state-level institution.
Although MKH has focused on the Israel-China link since 2013, the possibilities of a post-Brexit UK are also creating new opportunities, and MKH is working with several larger companies in China that are open to exploring overseas technology and trading collaboration opportunities on projects in the UK & mainland Europe and Israel valued at tens of millions of dollars.
